Empty homes allow access to areas that are often difficult to reach during routine upkeep, making a thorough cleaning possible.

Pricing &
Service Area

Move-In/Out cleaning is billed hourly. A time estimate and pricequote will be provided based on the size, condition, and requests for the property.

Services are currently available in North Conway, Conway, Intervale, Bartlett, Jackson, and Glen.

Deep cleaning services may also be available in Fryeburg, Madison, Albany, and Eaton depending on scheduling.

FAQs

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. MWV Peak Cleaning is fully licensed and insured.

Does the home need to be empty?
Empty homes allow access to all areas of the property and produce the best results. Small amounts of remaining belongings can usually be worked around.

Do you clean ovens?
Yes. Interior oven cleaning is included as part of our standard move-in and move-out cleaning routine.

Can additional cleaning tasks be requested?
Yes. Additional work such as blind cleaning, removal of heavy shower glass buildup, track detailing, and cleaning behind or below appliances and furniture can often be added when discussed before service.

Can every surface be restored to like-new condition?
The goal is to leave the home as clean as possible within the scope of the service. Some staining, wear, discoloration, hard water deposits, damaged finishes, or other permanent conditions may remain after cleaning.

Can hard water stains and shower glass buildup always be removed?
Not always. Many shower doors can be significantly improved through cleaning, but heavy mineral deposits, etching, discoloration, or permanent surface damage may remain. In some cases, replacement may be more practical than restoration.

Do you provide junk removal?
We can remove up to two standard kitchen bags full of trash during service. Larger quantities and oversize items will require alternative arrangements.

Can cleaning be scheduled around my move or closing date?
Every effort is made to work with move dates, closing schedules, and listing timelines when scheduling. Booking at least a few weeks in advance is recommended.
