Residential cleaning focuses on the spaces that get used the most. We handle the upkeep so you can spend more time enjoying your home.

Our normal routine includes:

If there are specific areas you'd like us to focus on or leave alone, we're happy to work with your preferences. Otherwise, we'll work through the home using our normal routine and focus on the areas that make the biggest impact.

Recurring visits help keep your space cleaner and easier to stay on top of over time.

5. Deep Cleaning (Optional)
Deep cleaning can be scheduled separately for buildup and detailed tasks that go beyond routine maintenance.

How It Works

Some cleaning tasks fall outside the scope of our residential service. For detailed work, areas with buildup, or hard-to-access spots, a deep cleaning service can be scheduled periodically.

Many recurring clients choose to start with a deep clean to get their home caught up before moving into regular maintenance.

Please note, a quick wipe of noticeable spots may be done during a residential service, but thoroughly addressing these areas typically requires more time, effort, and specialized tools and products.

Weekly, biweekly, and monthly recurring cleaning is available, with recurring clients given scheduling priority. One-time service may also be available when scheduling allows.

Appointments are offered mornings, afternoons, and early evenings to accommodate a variety of client schedules.

Recurring residential cleaning is currently offered in North Conway, Conway, Intervale, Bartlett, Jackson, and Glen.

Pricing & Estimates

Residential cleaning is billed at $40/hour.

After requesting a quote, you'll receive an estimated time range and available scheduling options based on your home and cleaning needs. IInitial visits may have a wider estimated time range. After a few visits, cleaning times typically become more predictable.

Most cleanings take between 3–6 hours depending on the size, layout, and condition of the home.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. MWV Peak Cleaning is fully licensed and insured.

Do I need to be home during service?
No. Many clients are not home during cleaning, and access can be arranged in advance.

Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. All standard cleaning supplies are provided for each visit.

Can I request specific priorities during a visit?
Yes. If there are specific areas you'd like us to focus on, just let us know.

Do I need to pick up before service?
No prep is required, but picking up excess clutter or personal items can help make the most of your scheduled cleaning time.

Do you work in homes with pets?
Yes. Pets are welcome as long as they can be safely managed during the visit.

What if my home needs more than routine cleaning?
A deep cleaning can be scheduled to address areas beyond routine service. Learn more →

What forms of payment do you accept?
Venmo, bank transfer, cash, and check are accepted. Payment is due within 24 hours of completed service.

Do you work with vacation or second homes?
Yes. Residential cleaning is available for primary homes, vacation homes, and second homes.
